Refund policy

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or a full refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. To start a return, contact us first for the return address.
